How it Works:
STEP 01
Sign Up
Look for the calendar down below and secure your spot. You'll receive a confirmation email upon booking along with a style guide on what to wear.
STEP 02
Show Up
Arrive to the location photo ready. When it's your turn, you'll be guided through fun prompts that will allow us to capture natural authentic expressions.
STEP 03
Review Your Images
Following your session, we will meet virtually to review your fully edited gallery and pick your favorite image to send to the print lab.
STEP 04
Hold Onto This Chapter
Download your images and hang your portrait when it arrives in the mail.

FAQ
Who are mini sessions for?
Mini sessions are designed for busy families who want updated photos, but don't have a lot of time to devote to planning or sitting still. The session can include the whole family or just the children. Either is fine.
How long does it take?
The session itself is generally 15 minutes and the entire gallery will be ready in just a few days. We will then hop on a video call at your earliest convenience to select what will be sent off to the lab and you will have the physical copies within a week's time.
What all do we get?
Your booking includes a dedicated timeslot just for your family and as many images as we can take during that time. The goal is to provide you with a variety of images and combinations, but the group image will be the main priority. In addition to the photography itself, you will receive a style guide for wardrobe assistance, guidance and direction every step of the way, a fully edited digital gallery, and an 8x10 print.
What if we can't choose?
I'm not like most photographers who force you to choose only a specific amount of images and then upsell you to get the rest. You get all digitals, automatically - there is no choosing. The only thing you have to choose is what you want to be printed and I'll help you narrow it down. One 8x10 will be included and you can order additional if you desire.
What if my children don't cooperate?
I'm very experienced with children and understand they all have unique needs and short attention spans. That's why I aim to make the session feel like a game rather than an annoyance to sit still. I use an adaptive approach that children typically respond really well too. Because the children get to move around and be themselves, cooperation is a non issue.
What if I don't like how I look in pictures?
You'll be provided with a style guide for wardrobe assistance and guidance throughout the session to help you look your best. The goal is to provide you with a variety of images so you will have multiple options to pick from, so there should be at least one that you're satisfied with. In the rare event that you dislike every image, I'm happy to work with you on a solution that makes sense - maybe it's photoshopping your fly away hairs or scheduling a reshoot.
What if it rains?
In the event of inclement weather, the mini sessions will be rescheduled to an earlier portion of the day (preferred) or the following day. If you're unavailable during the reschedule, we will work together to come up with a solution.
Can we bring our dogs?
For outdoor mini session locations, pets are welcome as long as you keep them on a leash the entire time and clean up after them. For indoor mini sessions, please message me directly for rules regarding that specific venue.
How much does it cost?
The session is $200 + tax and includes all the digitals as well as a complimentary unframed 8x10 portrait. You will have the option to upgrade your portrait size, add custom framing, and add extra print items for an additional cost.
When do we pay?
The session fee is due at the time of booking. If you elect to upgrade or add-on during review appointment, payment will be made on the call.
