How long do we have to decide?
All printing decisions and designs should be finalized during your complimentary design session. If additional design sessions are needed, a fee will apply.
What is the average investment?
Because every family's printing needs are different, there is not a minimum requirement or purchase obligation, but most families choose to invest between $350 and $600 on preserving their memories.
Are payments plans available?
Absolutely! Your balance can be broken up into manageable monthly payments.
What is your refund policy?
Once an order has reached the lab and is in production, no refunds or exchanges can be issued. There is will be no pressure to purchase anything during your design session, only guidance to help you reach a decision. Please only commit to what you are comfortable with.
When will we receive our prints?
Approximately 2 weeks after the balance has been paid in full.
