Can we customize a package?
Absolutely! There are various upgrades and add ons that you can elect to fully make a package your own.
How long does it take to get our items?
Between 3-5 weeks once you've paid in full.
How long do we have to complete our order?
There is no better time to finalize your designs and finalize your order than during your design session. Rather than dealing with decision fatigue, you will be guided every step of the way when we work together. Final balance can be split into payments.
What is your refund policy?
Once an order has reached the lab and is in production, no refunds or exchanges can be issued. There is will be no pressure to purchase anything during your design session, only guidance to help you reach a decision. Please only commit to what you are comfortable with.
What is the average investment?
These products are high quality and meant to live in your family for generations. These are crafted with high quality materials and assembled by hand here in the USA. There are a variety of options available with each product so the total investment will depend on your selections. Most couples invest somewhere between one to two thousand in printing.
